“Clients who are well-armed with accurate, current information make the best decisions.  I provide them with that information, keep them fully updated, and show them how to apply this information to THEIR situation.” A life-long Berkshire resident, Anne received her undergraduate degree in business administration and marketing.   A full time Realtor since 2001 and a licensed Broker since 2005, Anne holds the professional designations and certifications of Resort and Second Home Specialist, Certified Buyer Representative, and Seniors Real Estate Specialist, and is Transnational Referral Certified.  Anne focuses on residential real estate, representing buyers and sellers of primary residences, second homes, condominiums and equestrian properties. In Anne’s words, she “speaks fluent horse!”  Anne loves to work with first time home buyers, move-up clients, and those in the process of downsizing.  She gladly consults with homeowners on home improvements that add the most to the home’s value as well as enjoyment.  Anne is proud to work with our servicemen and women, and has solid knowledge of VA loans. In 2010, Anne was named Berkshire County Realtor of the Year.  Anne was a member of the 2011 Class of the Massachusetts Association of Realtors Leadership Academy.  Active in the Berkshire County Board of Realtors, she has served as Vice President and President Elect before becoming President in 2010. On the state level, Anne has served on the Massachusetts Association of Realtors (MAR) Executive Committee as Western Region Vice President, representing Berkshire County and the Pioneer Valley.   Nationally, Anne has served on the Resorts and Second Home Committee, and serves in 2013 on Federal Financing and Housing Issues Committee and the Member Policy and Board Jurisdiction Committee.  Her involvement on the state and national arenas has enabled her to establish working relationships with top Realtors around the state and the country.  These contacts have proven to be valuable resources for information in other markets, and great referrals for her clients outside of the Berkshires. Anne is a member of the Berkshire chapter of Zonta International, and for several years coordinated an annual clothing drive for Suit Yourself, a program to provide at no cost business appropriate attire to women reentering the workforce in Berkshire County. Anne enjoys speaking engagements where she can share her knowledge of real estate.  When she is not working she enjoys gardening, home decorating, cooking, horseback riding, reading, and attending as many Berkshire cultural events as her busy schedule allows! Anne has been a Lenox resident for 18 years, and has three college age children (her Inspirations), a Collie, and two cats.
