Bonnie comes to us with an extensive real estate background. . She is our "North county specialist."  Starting her real estate career in 1994 she has worked as a senior property manager and marketing coordinator  covering the northeast from her Adams office.   Bonnie is enthusiastic, detailed and experienced in HUD compliance and housing programs while maintaining her Registered Housing Manager and NAR Green Designations.   She loves viewing homes and she has an eye for visualizing upgrades and changes that can give buyers ideas that can make homes work for them that they otherwise may pass over.  Also she enjoys helping sellers to maximize their homes for quick sales.

In her spare time Bonnie enjoys painting and plans to exhibit her work locally in the future. She also sings and plays in a duo with her husband Mark, called "After Ours".  They reside in Cheshire, MA with their dog Rizzo.  She has a daughter Jessie who resides in the Berkshires.
