Realtor Associate and Certified Buyers’ Representative since 2000.

Native New Yorker and forty-seven-year resident of the Berkshires. BA in English, College of Notre Dame, Baltimore. Careers: editor/copy chief for various publications, news reporter, social worker, union organizer, baker, assistant librarian. Specializing in residential properties for primary and secondary homes and focusing on construction methods and emerging “green” issues, Vivi strives to make business “personal.” She uses attention to detail, knowledge of the Berkshire market, financial and analytical skills and experiences as a Realtor to serve the needs of buyers and sellers. Her goal is to help buyer clients find a welcoming home as well as create a solid investment, and to support sellers in completing the" best" sale and transition. She is a former national and local disaster-response volunteer with the Berkshire County chapter of the American Red Cross, and in 2012 drove an Emergency Response Vehicle for ten days during the Hurricane Sandy operation in Far Rockaway, N.Y. She also is on the board of the Tyringham Affordable Housing Association, and a member of the Tyringham Hop Brook Club. Other diversions include gardening, beachcombing, cooking, and working to develop a small  "orchard"  in her backyard. With her husband and extended family, Vivi lives in Tyringham, MA, along with 2 dogs, 1 cat, flocks of migrating birds, and occasionally a bear.
